Tapping EFT / REP
EFT is an abbreviation for Emotional Freedom Technique. This well established tool is an extraordinary technique for clearing emotional issues related to trauma, pain, addiction, anxiety and an astounding array of emotional and health issues. Various other tapping tools have evolved over time. After a decade of working with tapping the techniques at PHC have shifted significantly from the original approaches and concepts of EFT.
Our work shows us, every day, that we are emotional beings.
The challenges and shocks of life are easily trapped within us. We hold onto the memory and feelings of those things that have hurt us in life. These lingering, haunting emotions often lead to repetitive undesirable feelings and behavior. The tapping technique that has evolved in this office is now called Rapid Emotional Processing, REP. It is a highly effective method of creating forward movement within old habitual patterns.
Rapid Emotional Processing
REP is a means of accessing and working with unconscious emotional patterns. We all possess core patterns that are beyond our conscious control. These effect our relationships, sense of worth, self image and performance. This is also the realm of our anxieties, fears, phobias and traumatic emotional memory.

More benefits await you
You can make enormous strides by introducing REP into your therapy process (whether you are a professional or a client). Instead of taking months or years using conventional “talk therapy”, REP and EFT often create noticeable changes in one or two sessions … and sometimes does it in moments. Traditional EFT workers label these latter near-instant results as “one minute wonders.”
I’m not saying here that EFT is perfect. We don’t get 100%. But it usually works well and the results are sometimes spectacular. It often works where nothing else will and it represents a Doorway to your new Healing High-Rise.
